Job Summary

Manage day-to-day workplace experience and soft services operations to ensure a safe, productive, and engaging office environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, pest control, and office upkeep services.
• Manage reception, hospitality, meeting room, and visitor experience services.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Support employee engagement programs, events, and wellness initiatives.
• Conduct workplace audits for cleanliness, service quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Security, IT, and Facilities teams for seamless operations.
• Track budgets, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-9 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Corporate Services, Hospitality, or Facility Management, preferably in a office environment.
