Affiliate Sales - CPS International

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and grow international CPS (Cost Per Sale) affiliate campaigns
• Onboard and manage global publishers (coupon, cashback, content, influencers)
• Build strong relationships with international advertisers and affiliate networks
• Plan and execute affiliate strategies to drive sales and maximize ROI
• Monitor campaign performance (sales, conversions, EPC, ROI) and optimize accordingly
• Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and exclusive deals with partners
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and tracking
• Identify new markets, trends, and growth opportunities in affiliate marketing
• Ensure timely reporting and performance analysis using Excel/MIS tools
• Achieve monthly revenue and growth targets

Requirements:

• 24 years of experience in affiliate marketing / performance marketing (CPS model)
• Hands-on experience with international markets (US, UK, UAE, etc.)
• Strong understanding of affiliate models: CPS, CPA, CPL
• Experience working with affiliate networks like Admitad, CJ, Impact, Awin, Rakuten
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills with good command of Excel (reporting, tracking, analysis)
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in coupon & cashback industry
• Knowledge of tracking tools (postback URLs, tracking links, attribution models)
• Ability to scale campaigns and improve conversion rates
• Exposure to global e-commerce brands
