Affiliate Manager

Industry: Travel / OTA / Travel-Tech preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive bookings and revenue.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new publishers/affiliates.
• Manage affiliate networks such as CJ, Awin, Impact, or similar platforms.
• Negotiate commissions, promotions, placements, and partnership terms.
• Monitor affiliate performance, conversions, revenue, ROI, and other key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to increase bookings and revenue from existing publishers.
• Ensure affiliate traffic quality, tracking, and compliance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, or Publisher Management.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and business development skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and affiliate performance metrics.
• Travel, OTA, hotel, flight, or car-rental experience will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working with revenue and booking targets.
