Aero-Thermal Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze air and oil system models using Dymola/Modelica.
• Perform two-phase oil-air flow, pressure drop, heat transfer, and thermal analysis.
• Perform steady-state (SS) and transient analysis (TA) and simulation post-processing.
• Conduct parametric studies across different operating and design parameters.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Dymola and Modelica language.
• Experience modeling & analysis for aero-engine air and oil systems & 2-phase flows.
• Python programming for workflow and engineering process automation.
• Experience with simulation post-processing, parametric studies, and data analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Dymola with other mechanical/engineering tools.
• Experience with C++ programming and understanding/modifying existing code.
• Knowledge of internal/external libraries and experience developing or integrating new libraries.
• Experience with advanced Dymola/Modelica library development.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in aerospace thermal-fluid/system simulation.
