Scope Of Work

Customer / JV Related:

• Discussion with JV for finalizing MD, PI, Drawings and Technical Specifications.

In Plant Communication:

• End-to-end manufacturing engineering for all forging processes and products.
• Managing NPI/NPD for forging products: process design, APQP, PPAP, and customer approvals
• Drive process improvement for productivity, OEE, quality, and flow
• Release of PIs, Drawings to relevant Operational functions (Toolings, Test Specimens, Machining, Loading Pattern for HT).
• Ensuring Configuration management practiced across the company.
• Organizing CFT for PFMEA.
• Organizing industrialization progress review meeting.

Functional Activities:

• Simulation interpretation of the output.
• Preparation / modification of PIs.
• Performing PFMEA with CFT.
• Preparing the activity plan for new product development (APQP).
• Conducting Manufacturing feasibility study for new products.
• Prove Out of New Development parts
• Continual Improvement in manufacturing processes.
