Role & responsibilities

• Strategic Account Ownership: Act as the senior owner of strategic aerospace customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships, trust, and high customer satisfaction.
• Customer Governance Leadership: Serve as the primary customer interface, leading governance meetings, performance reviews, and executivelevel communications.
• Demand Planning Ownership: Own endtoend customer demand management, translating forecasts into actionable internal plans.
• Forecast Accuracy Management: Lead forecast validation, reconciliation, and accuracy improvement in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Integrated Business Planning: Drive integrated business planning alignment to ensure demand, capacity, inventory, and financial plans are fully synchronized.
• CrossFunctional Leadership: Lead crossfunctional program teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and logistics.
• Matrix Team Direction: Provide clear direction, priorities, and accountability to matrixed internal teams supporting customer programs.
• Program Initiation Leadership: Initiate programs postcontract award, defining scope, milestones, governance, risks, and success metrics.
• Program Execution Excellence: Own endtoend program execution, ensuring ontime, oncost, and onquality delivery.
• Financial Performance Management: Manage program financials, including revenue, margins, cost controls, and variance mitigation.
• Risk Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery or customer commitments.
• Change Contract Control: Lead change management, including scope changes, customer modifications, and contract amendments.
• Regulatory Quality Compliance: Ensure full compliance with aerospace quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Continuous Improvement Growth: Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and account growth opportunities through execution excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in aerospace program/account management with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience and exposure across aerospace Aerostructures and specially on Engines, Landing Systems business segment.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer programs, including demand planning, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Strong business data analytics and relevant tools. 6. Strong leadership experience leading cross-functional and matrixed teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality.
