AEP Developer (PAN India)

We are seeking a skilled AEP/AJO Developer with a strong background in software development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)/Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the development of innovative digital experiences. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform/Adobe Journey Optimizer. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to AEP/AJO. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Document development processes, code changes, and application features. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)/ Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with data analytics and visualization tools. Knowledge of customer experience management (CXM) principles. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Experience in integrating third party applications with AEP/AJO. Understanding of security best practices in software development.
