Job Title: QA Engineer - AEM Guides Content Migration

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with AEM Guides Content Migration expertise to support large-scale content migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating migrated content, ensuring content integrity, verifying publishing outputs, and maintaining content quality across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides environments.

The role requires strong knowledge of structured authoring, DITA content, XML validation, content migration processes, and end-to-end quality assurance practices. The candidate will work closely with content authors, migration teams, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition of content into AEM Guides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate migrated content within AEM Guides environments.
• Perform XML and DITA content validation to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
• Verify content integrity, metadata, hyperlinks, references, media assets, and formatting after migration.
• Validate publishing outputs across PDF, HTML, and web-based deliverables.
• Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for content migration projects.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with content authors, developers, and migration teams to resolve content quality issues.
• Support UAT, production validation, and migration sign-off activities.
• Ensure compliance with content governance standards and QA best practices.

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides.
• Strong understanding of DITA, XML, structured authoring, and content management systems.
• Experience in content migration validation and publishing verification.
• Expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Experience validating metadata, links, references, and publishing outputs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale content migration projects.
• Familiarity with content validation tools and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.
