About this role
We are looking for an experienced AEM Development Lead with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and technical leadership. The ideal candidate should be skilled in designing scalable AEM solutions, leading development teams, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade AEM solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to AEM development teams.
- Develop and customize AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs, Workflows, Services, Servlets, and OSGi configurations.
- Work extensively with AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), Sling, OSGi, JCR, CRX/DE, and Dispatcher.
- Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable AEM architectures.
- Integrate AEM with enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development and coding best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to performance, scalability, and production support.
- Support AEM deployments, upgrades, migrations, and environment management.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor developers and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong AEM expertise.
- Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Strong knowledge of Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, CRX/DE, HTL (Sightly), and Maven.
- Experience developing Components, Templates, Dialogs, Workflows, Services, Servlets, and OSGi configurations.
- Strong understanding of AEM Dispatcher, caching, performance, security, and scalability.
- Experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets/DAM, REST APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, and automated deployments.
- Experience with AEM migrations, upgrades, and production support.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Prior experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
