Job Summary

As a Lead AEM Developer, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will work with solution architects and developers on the interpretation and translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements and subsequently into technical design.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in frontend development teams; experience mentoring and conducting code reviews.
• Ability to translate business/design requirements into scalable, reusable front-end components.
• Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites Developer or Architect) preferred.
• Experience with AEM Cloud Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., Target, Launch).
• Understanding of DevOps tools and practices (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across design and backend teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, including 3+ years with AEM projects.
• Strong expertise in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including use of HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and authoring tools.
• Skilled in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining AEM components, templates, and client libraries (clientlibs).
• Experience with AEM Headless (Content Fragments, GraphQL, SPA Editor).
• Deep knowledge of performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD workflows.
