Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for construction projects through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the project.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in recruitment or staffing industry with a focus on construction or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill roles with highly skilled professionals.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry's unique challenges and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
