Role & Responsibilities

1. Draft and review various legal documents, agreements, notices, undertakings, and legal correspondence.
2. Independently handle due deligience title of property , Redevelopment Agreements, MoUs, development agreements, and related legal documentation.
3. Prepare and review drafts related to Civil, RERA, Consumer, Revenue, Property, and other legal matters.
4. Ensure legal accuracy, compliance, and protection of the organization's interests in all documentation.
5. Review agreements and identify potential legal risks, clauses, and liabilities.
6. Coordinate with external legal consultants, advocates, and internal teams for drafting and documentation.
7. Provide legal inputs and support to various departments on documentation-related matters.
8. Maintain proper records of legal drafts, agreements, and related documents.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in legal drafting and documentation, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Redevelopment Agreements and real estate documentation.
• Sound understanding of Civil, RERA, Consumer, Revenue, and Property laws.
• Excellent legal drafting, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants and internal stakeholders.
