Experience - 8 to 10 yrs

Role & responsibilities

• Strong practical exposure before AGRC, High Court, Mumbai Courts, Mumbai Planning Authorities, and SRA.
• Excellent drafting, legal research, and negotiation skills.
• Sound knowledge of real estate laws, redevelopment, land laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple litigation matters independently and coordinate with senior counsel.
• Handling the coordination work of Pune matters in High court .
• Filing, briefing senior councils etc, tracking matters on the board etc
• Vakola SRA management for faster movement of that project.
