1. Litigation Lawyer / Advocate

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• 12 years of basic experience in court/litigation matters.
• Good understanding of court procedures and legal documentation.
• Ability to independently handle routine court-related work.
• Conduct title verification and prepare Title Search Reports for banks and financial institutions.
• Good drafting, communication, and legal research skills will be an added advantage.

2. Typist

Requirements:

• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in English and Marathi typing.
• Good knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Ability to prepare, format, and manage legal documents efficiently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
