Job Purpose

To act as the primary liaison between the Production and Customer Experience (CE) teams, ensuring seamless communication, faster issue resolution, and proactive customer updates for production-related enquiries.

The Executive in the Customer Communications department will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and delivering customer communications materials.
• Manage customer inquiries and feedback through various channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
