Advisor - Informatica Administrator

enGen global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Informatica Administrator with up to 15 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level data integration, quality, and master data management platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, deploying, securing, and maintaining our hybrid Informatica ecosystem, spanning modern cloud-native environments -IDMCand robust on-premises infrastructure. You will work closely with data engineering, analytics, and architecture teams to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and seamless real-time data pipelines using technologies like Apache Kafka.

Key Responsibilities

Environment Management Administration: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain multi-node Informatica domains across both cloud -IDMCand on-premises environments.

Version Patch Management: Oversee scheduled patching and lifecycle management for core platforms, ensuring systems align with current enterprise releases -including CDI-PC 202604, DEI 10.5.9, IDQ 10.5.9, PWX-CDC 10.5.9, MDM 10.5, REF-360 202604, and IDMC 202604 .

Real-Time Data Integration CDC: Configure and optimize PowerExchange for Change Data Capture -PWX-CDC 10.5.9and integrate data streams with Apache Kafka to support real-time event-driven data ingestion across healthcare applications.

Data Goverce Quality Support: Administer Informatica MDM -10.5and Reference 360 -202604to support enterprise master data management and reference data standardization.

Performance Tuning Monitoring: Monitor system resource utilization, troubleshoot complex bottlenecks, and proactively tune Integration Services, repositories, and database connections to meet strict SLAs.

Security Compliance: Implement and manage robust security protocols, including LDAP/Active Directory integration, Role-Based Access Control -RBAC , and SSL/TLS encryption in compliance with healthcare data security standards.

Disaster Recovery High Availability: Design, test, and execute Disaster Recovery -DRand High Availability -HAstrategies, including automated repository backups and failover procedures.

Required Qualifications Technical Expertise

Experience: 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in IT, with a strong focus on Informatica administration in large-scale enterprise environments.
