Advertising Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven On-Platform Advertising specialist to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns for smartphones across Flipkart. This role involves implementing ad campaigns, monitoring performance, and maximizing ad revenue while ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 Managing and running Display ads and Search on Flipkart

 Monitor analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess ad performance.

 Collaborate with marketing, Sales, content, and design teams for seamless and end to end

execution

 Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing

strategies and business goals.

 Troubleshoot ad delivery issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.

 Generate and share daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest insights and

improvements.

Requirement :

 Hands-on experience with Flipkart Ads – both Display Ads and Search Ads.

 Knowledge of latest ad solutions offered by Flipkart.

 Strong understanding of campaign strategy, optimization & performance tracking

 Ability to analyze data and drive high-performing campaigns

 A mindset focused on ROI, scaling, and continuous improvement

 Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
