Qualifications

• 6+ Years of Relevant Experience in Performance Testing .
• Proficient in load testing tools like Load Runner (Multiple Protocols like web http/html, True Client, SAP), JMeter,
• Knowledge on other load testing tools like Neoload is a plus
• Proficient in API management tools like Postman.
• Proficient in profiling tools like HTTP Watch, Fiddler
• Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Test Scripts creation, scenarios, execution, reporting and Defect Management.
• Experience in Application Monitoring Tools like Manage engine, AppDynamics, Dynatrace.
• Hands-on experience in writing and executing performance test scenarios for complex systems
• Hands-on experience with performance test simulations, performance analysis, performance tuning, performance monitoring in an n-tier environment
• Perform analysis of performance issues in Pre-production and/or Production environments in the cloud and/or on-premises environments
• Hands-on experience in analyzing the performance results and reporting the findings. Capture/analyze/interpret technical data - performance metrics from the application, database, OS, and Network
• Keen eye for performance, security, and scalability aspects of the application
• Demonstrated ability to capture key metrics, create accurate status reports and effectively communicate to the leadership teams and stake holders
• Hands-on experience in defect logging, tracking and verifying defects
• Experience in performance diagnostics, capacity planning and performance architecture design
• Experience in Cloud (AWS / Azure) environment
• Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues, facilitate the resolution and necessary follow-up with Development and other cross-functional teams.
• Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, and Garbage Collection to verify the performance of the applications.
• Identifying memory leakage, connection issues and identify bottlenecks in the application causing performance issues
• Generate performance reports, graphs and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.
• Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detailed status reports and monitoring of all defects and issues.
• Good understanding of basic DB tuning, application server tuning, and common issues around performance and scalability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills.
• Should be an individual contributor and drive from NFR till Sign off taking all stakeholders into consideration.
• Should have that urge to develop, innovate and interest on the ever-changing industry trends and standards
