Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Advanced Supplier Quality means New product Development
2. Knowledge about different commodities such as stamping, plastic, Extrusion, Fasteners, Special processes & should have experience on actual product development activity (Preferable Stamping, Plastic, Extrusion)
3. Supplier handling experience is must
4. Should be capable to manage critical situation and supplier during development & Series phase and to meet project timeline with required quality
5. Tracking and documentation of APQP activities and preparation, evaluation, and approval via PPAP/PPF of purchase components
6. Structured Root-Cause Analysis in case of deviations including structured problem solving according to 8D-method and follow-ups
7. Planning and execution of audits and Run @ Rate's at relevant components at suppliers
8. Experience in applying Q-methods(APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, etc.)
9. Experience of tooling/Mold concepts and manufacturing processes
10. Experience in exercise audits ISO, IATF16949, VDA6.3 (most preferable)

Preferred candidate profile

6+ years in automotive industry

Should be comfortable for travelling to supplier location within & Outside city
