About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Executive / Advanced Specialist - Production to lead manufacturing operations for our Airbag Module production lines. This role requires strong expertise in manufacturing processes, employee training, productivity improvement, process optimization, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence while ensuring quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and adherence to global manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations & Team Management

• Lead and manage Airbag Module manufacturing operations.
• Drive production planning and ensure achievement of customer schedules.
• Supervise and develop a team of direct employees.
• Implement and sustain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support new product and production development initiatives.
• Ensure optimal line balancing and workforce utilization.
  
  

Training & Development

• Train direct employees on manufacturing processes and functional knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements related to employee training.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
  
  

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Drive productivity improvements and machine efficiency.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and World-Class Manufacturing practices.
• Support process automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Conduct process validation and drive manufacturing excellence.
• Identify and resolve process-related issues through structured problem-solving.
  
  

Quality & Customer Focus

• Ensure zero quality defects and adherence to quality standards.
• Meet customer delivery schedules and operational commitments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business and customer objectives.
  
  

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 5-6 years of experience in production or manufacturing management.
• Experience in training employees across manufacturing functions.
• Hands-on experience with assembly processes and troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
• Exposure to multinational manufacturing environments and diverse cultural settings is preferred.
