    • Provide L2/L3 technical support, manage user access, licensing, backups, disaster recovery, and support compliance with Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO/SAE 21434 requirements.

What You Need to Be Successful

    • Proven experience administering and supporting enterprise ALM and engineering tool environments, including IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM)/DOORS Next, Polarion, Jira, Azure DevOps, and related platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, Automotive V-Model, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and requirements traceability management.
    • Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Git, SVN, and enterprise tool integrations across complex engineering ecosystems.
    • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or Bash, along with experience working in Linux and Windows Server environments.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support globally distributed engineering teams.

    Bonus Points If You Have

    • Experience with cloud and container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
    • Knowledge of enterprise databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle, including performance tuning and administration.
    • Prior experience supporting global automotive product development organizations and large-scale engineering tool deployments or migrations.
    • Expertise in PLM ecosystems, requirements management, workflow customization, and advanced traceability implementations.
    • Experience with ClearCase, Perforce, CodeSonar, Bamboo, RTC/EWM, or other specialized automotive engineering tools.

    What Makes You Eligible

    • Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
    • 8+ years of experience in ALM, engineering tool administration, toolchain management, or related engineering systems roles.
    • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise deployments, upgrades, integrations, and migration activities within global engineering environments.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, access management, disaster recovery, compliance, and governance requirements for engineering platforms.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Quality/ASPICE, Program Management teams, and external tool vendors to deliver business-critical solutions.
