Advanced Analyst

Your key responsibilities

• Developing and delivering International Tax engagements (e.g., addressing permanent establishment risks, fund tax structuring, tax compliance) within Australia tax jurisdiction with timely, responsive services/work products
• Supporting seniors in business development initiatives 
• Identify process efficiencies and work seamlessly on engagements with local teams
• Build strong internal relationships within the team and across other services
• Seek continuous performance feedback from Seniors and work on suggested development areas.
• Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently
• Assist in preparation of relevant material for tax technical trainings

Skills and attributes for success

• Demonstrate an understanding of basics of international tax concepts, and application of the same to perform the required work
• Strong writing, research, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Exhibit inclusive behaviour in interactions with internal & external stakeholders with strong communication skills
• Taking the initiative to seek continuous learning opportunities, key developmental experiences, self-directed learning and formal learning
• Setting strategy for how work is assigned and performed under the guidance of the reporting Manager.
• Works with resource manager to ensure the strategy is met
