Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities
• Workfront Solution Design Configuration
• Configure and optimize Adobe Workfront objects including projects tasks issues templates custom forms and statuses to meet business needs
• Design and implement workflows approvals routing rules and automations to improve delivery efficiency and governance
• Build and maintain custom forms calculated fields and validation logic to ensure data quality and usability
• Integrations Automation
• Develop and support integrations using Workfront APIs to connect Workfront with enterprise tools and downstream systems
• Create event driven and scheduled automations to reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency
• Troubleshoot integration failures performance bottlenecks and configuration issues with clear root cause analysis
• Reporting Dashboards Adoption
• Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for delivery teams and leadership
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into technical solutions and deliver iterative improvements
• Support user onboarding documentation and enablement to drive platform adoption and best practices
• AI Enablement
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to enhance reporting workload forecasting prioritization and operational decision making
• Collaborate on proof of concepts that introduce intelligent recommendations and automation within work management processes

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications
• 3 5 years of experience working with Adobe Workfront in configuration development or platform administration roles
• Hands on experience with Workfront setup templates custom forms workflows approvals reporting and dashboards
• Working knowledge of Workfront APIs and integration concepts authentication endpoints payloads error handling
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into platform solutions
• Education BE ME BTECH MTECH MCA MSC MBA
