Job Summary

Adobe Marketo DevOps Consultant. We are seeking an Adobe Marketo DevOps Consultant to help us insource delivery of Adobe Marketo Engage as part of our transformation toward an Agile MarTech Center of Excellence. Your mission will include:

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Collaborate with Express Marketing team to understand their business goals and recommend fitting IT solutions.
• Advise on Marketo campaigns, email marketing, lead scoring and landing pages from IT perspective.
• Consult on the Marketo Data model.
• Integrate Marketo with other tools such as Dynamics CRM, social media platforms or analytics.
• Act as a Marketo IT expert and MarTech IT expert.
• Share knowledge across the organization - both for Innovation and ongoing support.
• Support and upskill existing team on Marketo.

Requirements

• Hands-on knowledge with Marketo Engage from IT delivery perspective.
• End-to-End technical knowledge of Marketo (campaigns, email marketing, lead scoring nurturing, data model, API integration capabilities).
• Ability to provide actionable insights recommendations to business stakeholders.
• As nice to have, experience in social media platforms, analytics tools or CRM (Dynamics preferred).
• Experience from DevOps organization, combining support and build / consulting skills.
