Exciting Opportunity Alert! HTC Global Services is hiring Adobe Journey Optimizer one of our premium projects.

HTC Global Services - a leading CMM level 5 global provider of innovative IT and Business Process Services and Solutions since 1990 with headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Design, configure, and execute campaigns using AJO Orchestrated Campaigns.
• Configure event-triggered and scheduled campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.
• Create and manage audience segments using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Configure journey entry criteria, conditions, branching logic, and wait activities.
• Work with XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and Real-Time Customer Profile.
• Implement personalization using customer profile attributes, event data, and dynamic content.
• Develop and troubleshoot message templates, content fragments, and decisioning rules.
• Configure data sources, events, and actions for journey orchestration.
• Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, data engineering, and business teams to deliver personalized customer experiences.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Orchestrated Campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Experience with XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and Real-Time Customer Profile.
• Hands-on experience in audience segmentation, customer journeys, and campaign orchestration.
• Knowledge of campaign execution, email delivery, and dynamic content personalization.
• Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and data integration.
• Understanding of consent management, data governance, and privacy requirements.
