Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant

Role Overview

Infosys is seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant with strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, Customer Journey Orchestration, Personalization, Audience Segmentation, and Marketing Automation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign. The role involves partnering with marketing, product, analytics, data, and engineering teams to build scalable, data-driven customer engagement programs across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Implement and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign.
• Configure audiences, customer segments, decisioning rules, personalization strategies, and journey orchestration workflows.
• Create and manage event-driven and scheduled customer journeys within Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Work on audience activation, campaign execution, customer lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Adobe solutions.
• Partner with data and engineering teams to support integrations with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and customer data sources.
• Monitor campaign and journey performance and drive continuous optimization through insights and reporting.
• Support testing, UAT, production deployments, defect resolution, and release management activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Mentor team members and drive best practices across Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, personalization, and journey orchestration implementations.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in:

• Experience designing and deploying customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and cross-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience creating customer segments, audience strategies, decisioning rules, and personalization frameworks.
• Experience implementing campaigns across email and digital channels using Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
