Adobe Experience Platform - CJA and Validation

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Adobe App Assurance, Browser Stack, and Chrome/Edge Developer tools for analytics validation.

• Experience with standard clickstream analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Omniture, or Google Analytics.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to turn test results into actionable insights.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide support to multiple business partners

Required Experience & Education:

• Overall 8-11 years of experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of QA/testing/validation experience in digital analytics strongly preferred. Desired Experience:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) toolset – Workspace, Queries, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

• Experience developing and validating analytics tagging requirements. • Familiarity with agile project management software such as JIRA and/or Rally.

• Experience in digital analytics QA/testing for large healthcare, e-commerce, or financial services websites.

• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare products, benefits, claims, or related experience is a plus.
