Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Define AEP architecture, including schemas, datasets, identity stitching, and dataflows.
• Design and implement Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP) and Segment activation strategies.
• Integrate AEP with upstream and downstream systems, including CRM, DMPs, CDPs, and analytics platforms.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
• Work closely with Adobe consultants, data engineers, and business teams to translate business objectives into AEP capabilities.
• Optimize event-driven data ingestion, processing, and activation for real-time personalization.
• Provide guidance on technical best practices, scalability, and performance optimization.

Required Skills &; Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Cloud products, with at least 2+ years in AEP.
• Hands-on expertise in XDM schema design, data ingestion (batch &; streaming), and Profile Store setup.
• Strong understanding of Real-Time CDP, Identity Service, Edge Network, and Destination Publishing.
• Experience in data engineering, API integrations, and SQL-based data transformations.
• Ability to work with JSON, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs for AEP customization.
• Experience in Adobe Experience Query Service and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is a plus.
