Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Location: Bangalore (Bellandur)

Mode: WFO (Client Location) 5 Days Shifts: EMEA – 1 to 10 pm / 12 to 9 pm Budget – 30 LPA Experience for both roles should

be 6+ Years AEM Developer:

Experience: 7–8+ years in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development Core Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in AEM 6.5+ and AEM as a Cloud Service
• Expertise in AEM Sites & Assets
• Strong Java/J2EE development background
• Hands-on with OSGi Services, Sling Servlets, Sling Models, Sling Jobs, Workflows
• Experience with HTL (Sightly), Templates, Components, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments
• Exposure to REST APIs, JSON, SOAP integrations
• Good understanding of AEM Security, Access Control, Oak, Sling, Dispatcher & Dispatcher Rules
• Experience with Coral UI / Granite UI customization
• HTML to HTL mapping, JavaScript, CSS knowledge

DevOps & Tools:

• Maven, JUnit5
• Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps
• CI/CD and automated testing experience

Additional Requirements:

• Experience building large-scale web applications and backend integrations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile teams with PMs, Product Owners, QA, and Front-End teams

Good to Have:

• WordPress CMS experience
• Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, other Adobe Experience Cloud products
• Adobe AEM Developer / Lead Developer / Architect Certification 2.

Adobe Campaign Developer Experience: 8 years in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) Key Skills & Responsibilities 1. Adobe Campaign Classic configuration and implementation 2. Marketing workflows, delivery templates, and campaign setup (Email/SMS/Push) 3. Schema creation, input forms, and JavaScript functions in ACC 4. Technical workflows for upstream/downstream data integrations 5. Target mapping, routing accounts, typology management 6. Campaign troubleshooting, workflow monitoring, and system health checks 7. Package deployment across ACC instances 8. Business solution design and new feature enablement 9. Operator/operator group management and data privacy enablement 10. SQL, ETL, and relational database knowledge 11.
