Your Role

As an Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-channel marketing campaigns and customer communication solutions using Adobe Campaign Classic. You will work closely with business stakeholders, campaign managers, solution architects, and data teams to deliver scalable marketing automation solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business results.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Designing, developing, and deploying marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).
• Creating and maintaining workflows, schemas, forms, web applications, and data management processes.
• Developing personalized email communications using dynamic content, personalization rules, and target segmentation.
• Building and optimizing campaign workflows for audience selection, data transformation, and campaign execution.
• Integrating Adobe Campaign Classic with CRM systems, third-party applications, APIs, and data warehouses.
• Managing recipient data, custom schemas, and database extensions to support business requirements.
• Performing campaign testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Developing reports and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Ensuring adherence to best practices, data governance, privacy regulations, and platform standards.
• Supporting application enhancements, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance activities.

2. JavaScript Development

• Proficiency in JavaScript for workflow customization, scripting, validations, and ACC development activities.
• Experience in developing custom functions and campaign automation logic.

3. SQL & Database Management

• Strong knowledge of SQL, query optimization, data extraction, transformation, and relational database concepts.
• Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.

4. Data Integration & APIs

• Experience integrating Adobe Campaign Classic with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, and data exchange mechanisms.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing technology integrations.

5. HTML, CSS & Email Development

• Expertise in responsive email template development and customization.
• Strong understanding of email rendering, personalization, deliverability, and campaign best practices.
