Admissions Manager-International School

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Admissions Manager for our International school at Mokila to lead and manage the student admissions and enrollment process for an international school. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in international schools, IB, Cambridge, IGCSE, or other globally recognised curricula, with a strong understanding of admissions processes, parent engagement, and enrolment targets.

Job Description:

Admissions & Enrolment:

• Manage the complete admissions cycle from initial enquiry through enrolment and on boarding.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve annual student enrolment and revenue targets.
• Handle inquiries from prospective parents through phone, email, digital channels, and walk-ins.
• Conduct admission counselling and provide accurate information about the school's curriculum, facilities, programs, fee structure, and value proposition.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, documentation, and admission decisions with academic and administrative teams.
• Maintain an updated admissions pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospective families.
• Monitor conversion rates, enrollment numbers, withdrawals, and other admissions KPIs.

Parent & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing parents.
• Conduct school tours, information sessions, open houses, and admission events.
• Understand individual family requirements and effectively communicate the school's educational philosophy and international curriculum.
• Address parent concerns and manage the admissions process with a high level of service and professionalism.
• Represent the school at education fairs, community events, and other enrollment-related activities.

Marketing & Business Development:

• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to develop enrollment campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
• Identify new sources of student recruitment and potential feeder markets.
• Build relationships with corporates, expatriate communities, relocation agencies, education consultants, and other relevant networks.
• Track competitor schools, market trends, fee structures, and enrollment practices.

Team & Process Management:

• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the admissions team.
• Establish effective follow-up systems and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate admissions records in the school's CRM/SIS.
• Prepare regular admissions reports, forecasts, and management dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, documentation requirements, and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Management, or a related field.
• 58 years of relevant admissions/enrollment experience, preferably within an international school.
• Experience working with IB, Cambridge, IGCSE, British, American, or other international curricula is highly desirable.
• Salary 7-9LPA.
• Proven track record of achieving student enrollment or admissions targets.
• Strong experience in parent counselling, relationship management, and conversion of leads into enrollments.
• Experience managing CRM/SIS systems and admissions databases.
• Prior team-management experience is preferred
