Admissions Counselor

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad is a plus), with at least 1 year spent in a single company.
• A minimum of a degree is required.
• Previous experience working a 6-day work week.
• Currently working in the capacity of an individual contributor.
• Proven track record of meeting targets in the existing company.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with an emphasis on fluency in the
• English language.
• Ability to listen effectively, build trust with potential learners, and approach situations with patience and empathy.
• Ability to persuade learners to attend the Video Counselling [VC] session to influence their enrollment decisions ultimately.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
