Admissions Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, admissions, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
• Manage inbound/outbound leads, walk-ins, follow-ups, and counseling sessions.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their academic and career interests.
• Drive lead conversion and admissions enrollment through effective counseling and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and conversion status in the CRM.
• Handle student/parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Academics, Marketing, and other departments for smooth enrollment.
• Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and annual counseling and admission targets.
• Participate in admission campaigns, counseling events, seminars, and outreach activities.
