Admissions Counselor & Student Enrollment Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries through calls & WhatsApp and understand their requirements.
• Explain JLPT courses, fees, materials, batches and course structure.
• Maintain assigned leads and updates in Google Sheets/CRM.
• Follow up with interested students and assist them through the enrollment journey.
• Coordinate demo classes, including timing confirmation, reminders and rescheduling.
• Collect and communicate relevant student/trainer feedback after demos.
• Assist with registrations, payments, batch allocation and joining information.
• Prepare/share updated batch details and posters when required.
• Handle basic queries related to JLPT, scholarships, SSW and studying in Japan, while escalating anything requiring verification.
• Coordinate smoothly with students, trainers and management and submit basic daily/weekly updates.
