Role Description The Admissions Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Electronic city Bengaluru. In this position, the counsellor engages with prospective learners through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs. Responsibilities include guiding applicants through the admissions process, explaining program structures and outcomes, and ensuring a smooth application experience. The role involves maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, following up with leads, and working closely with internal teams to meet enrollment targets and improve the overall learner journey.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse learners and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout the admissions process.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments through consultative conversations and clear program positioning.
• Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience to effectively explain learning pathways, curricula, and career outcomes.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in education, business, communications, or a related field are preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple inquiries, use CRM or admissions software, and meet defined targets is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a learner-centric mindset will be advantageous for success in this role.
