Key Responsibilities

• Counselling & Admissions: Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's academic programs, curriculum, and admission process.
• Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, and provide accurate information about the school.
• Guide parents through the complete admission process including application, documentation, and fee procedures.
• Coordinate with the admissions team, academic staff, and management regarding student admissions and queries.
• Maintain records of admission inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions in the system.
• Schedule and coordinate school visits, interaction sessions, or orientation meetings with parents.
• Assist in organizing admission-related events, orientations, and parent engagement activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and administrative management related to admissions.

Proficiencies Required

• Strong communication and counselling skills
• Good organizational and administrative abilities
• Ability to handle admission queries professionally with proper follow-ups
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email communication, and data management)
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders within the school
