Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Officer to join IIC Lakshya. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students/parents, managing leads, driving follow-ups, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents.

Handle leads, calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.

Drive admissions and achieve monthly targets.

Explain programs, fees, and admission processes.

Maintain lead/CRM records and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, inside sales, or sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing, follow-up, and conversion skills.

Target-driven and self-motivated.
