Key Responsibilities
- Respond to admission inquiries by phone, email, and in person, sharing accurate information about procedures, timelines, and required documents.
- Counsel prospective applicants to understand their needs, answer questions, and help them identify suitable next steps.
- Follow up with interested applicants and make cold calls using approved contact lists to share admission information and encourage engagement.
- Maintain accurate applicant records, notes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM and other computer-based systems.
- Track application progress, check submitted documents for completeness, and coordinate with colleagues to resolve outstanding items.
- Support marketing outreach by preparing clear communications and sharing approved information through relevant channels.
- Review inquiry and enrollment activity, keep records up to date, and share useful trends with the team.
