Hiring Summary

Mody University is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to counsel prospective students, manage leads and drive applications and enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on programmes, admissions, fees, scholarships and career opportunities.
• Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins and digital leads.
• Manage leads, follow-ups and convert enquiries into applications and admissions.
• Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM/MIS.
• Participate in school visits, education fairs, counselling sessions and admission events.
• Coordinate with academic, marketing and admissions teams.
• Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
• Provide a positive and professional student experience.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification preferred.
• 14 years' experience in admissions, counselling, education sales, EdTech or higher education.
• Freshers with excellent communication and counselling skills may also be considered.
