Admission Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the complete student admission process.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission targets.
• Handle parent enquiries, counselling, school visits, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the Principal, academic team, and management regarding admissions.
• Maintain admission records, databases, and reports.
• Build strong relationships with parents and prospective students.
• Conduct and oversee admission counselling and interaction sessions.
• Monitor competitor schools and market trends.
• Train and guide the admissions/counselling team.
• Ensure a smooth and positive parent experience throughout the admission process.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in any relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in school admissions, counselling, business development, or a related role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
• Good knowledge of the school education sector.
• Target-oriented and strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and admission/CRM systems.
• Candidates with experience in reputed schools or education groups will be preferred.
