Admission Counsellor

• Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Counsel parents about the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
• Conduct school tours and parent interactions.
• Manage admission applications, documentation, assessments, and enrolment formalities.
• Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate admission records and update the database.
• Coordinate with academic, finance, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Support admission campaigns, open houses, and school events.
• Achieve admission targets and submit regular enquiry and enrolment reports.
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for parents throughout the admission process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or customer relations; international school experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and admission management systems.
• Strong organisational skills and a parent-focused approach.
