Job Description:

• Connect with prospective students and guide them on suitable courses and learning programs.
• Understand students career goals, explain program benefits, and convert leads into enrolments.
• Handle calls, follow-ups, customer queries, and sales closures.
• Achieve individual sales targets and maintain accurate lead details in CRM.
• For Team Lead candidates, the role will initially involve individual sales targets, with an opportunity to build and manage a team based on performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech, or Education Counselling preferred.
• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle prospective students and convert leads into enrolments.
• Candidates applying for the Team Lead track should have prior team-handling experience.
