Admission Counsellor

INSD Baner is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through our design courses and admission process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
• Counsel students and parents about available courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
• Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and meetings with faculty.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to institutional growth.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for admission-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, counselling, and convincing abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Excel, and WhatsApp.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
• A positive attitude, professional approach, and target-oriented mindset.

Experience

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
• Prior experience in educational counselling, admissions, or sales will be an advantage.
