1. Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to manage student enquiries, counsel prospective students and parents, and drive admissions for aviation-related courses. The ideal candidate should have a pleasing and professional personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Handle student and parent enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, email, and digital platforms.
• Explain aviation courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fee structures, and career opportunities.
• Counsel prospective students and parents and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain an updated enquiry database.
• Convert enquiries into applications and confirmed admissions by achieving assigned admission targets.
• Coordinate with the academic team and management regarding admission approvals, documentation, and student onboarding.
• Conduct campus visits, counselling sessions, school/college outreach activities, and admission promotional events.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
• Prepare daily and monthly admission reports for management review.
• Ensure professional communication and a positive experience for prospective students and parents.

3. Educational Qualification

• Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
• Candidates with backgrounds in Aviation, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.

4. Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions counselling, educational counselling, student recruitment, sales, or customer relationship management.
• Experience in aviation, educational institutions, colleges, or training institutes will be an added advantage.
• Freshers need not apply.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and the local language.
• A pleasing, professional, and well-groomed personality.
• Strong presentation, convincing, and counselling skills.
• Confidence in interacting with students, parents, and senior management.
• Good telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, email, and CRM/data-entry skills.
• Professional conduct, positive attitude, and a student-centric approach.

6. Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of enquiries handled and followed up.
• Enquiry-to-application and application-to-admission conversion rates.
• Achievement of monthly admission targets.
• Timely and accurate maintenance of admission records.
• Quality of student and parent counselling.
• Compliance with admission procedures and reporting requirements.
