Admission Counsellor

Role & responsibilities

1. Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and fee structures.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, inquiries, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries from prospective students.
3. Explain course details, career opportunities, academic programs, and institutional facilities to students.
4. Follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into successful admissions.
5. Guide students through the complete admission process, including application forms, document verification, and fee payment.
6. Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admission status in the CRM or admission database.
7. Achieve assigned admission targets and contribute to the overall enrolment goals of the institution.
8. Coordinate with the academic, marketing, and accounts departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
9. Organize and participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
10. Address student and parent queries professionally and provide timely assistance throughout the admission process.
11. Ensure all admission documentation is completed accurately and within the prescribed deadlines.
12. Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
