Admission Counsellor

Role & responsibilities :

• Counsel students on suitable UG/PG courses, specialisations, and universities based on their career goals.

• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and guide students through the complete admission process.

• Manage prospective leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and update lead statuses.

• Build strong student relationships through effective communication, empathy, and persuasion.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments and achieve admission targets.

• Provide ethical career guidance while ensuring student satisfaction and trust.
