Role & responsibilities

Position: Admissions and Public Relations Officer

Reports to: The Principal

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Admissions Officer

1) Handle the admissions process in relation to new enquiry, arranging meetings, school visits, school tours, aptitude assessments, interviews and declaration of admission decisions.

2) Be familiar with the admission policy, implement and update it as per authorized formal reviews

3) Maintain all documentation in relation to admissions in soft and hard copies

4) Maintain the school ERP in relation to all admission processes end to end

5) Follow up on admission fee payment and the fee payments

6) Prepare and maintain student interaction reports for all applicants

7) Monitor all new enquires (email, calls, fairs, walk-in) and follows up

8) Maintains the past documents of all applicant students and keeps track of the progress of the student in the school

9) Prepare and submit Admission reports

10) Maintain clear communication with the parents in relation to provisional and final admissions

11) Maintain the profile of the parents and incorporates them in school community building activities that benefits the learning of the students

12) Maintain ISI and several other expected national and international standards of admission procedure and gets the relevant certifications regarding the same

13) Be aware of the admission process of the students who move out of the school or graduate and facilitate it working with the concerned departments as required
