1. Enquiry & Lead Management

• Handle enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, website, social media and other sources.
• Record every enquiry accurately in the admission system/MIS.
• Understand the parents requirements, expectations and concerns.
• Categorize and prioritize leads based on admission potential.
• Ensure timely follow-up with every prospective parent.

2. Parent Counselling

• Explain the school’s vision, mission, curriculum, teaching methodology and facilities.
• Understand the child’s educational needs and recommend the appropriate grade/program.
• Clearly explain fee structure, admission process, eligibility and required documents.
• Address parents’ questions and objections professionally.
• Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with prospective parents.

3. Campus Visits

• Welcome prospective parents and students.
• Conduct or coordinate school campus tours.
• Showcase classrooms, laboratories, library, sports facilities, activity areas and other key facilities.
• Explain the unique features and strengths of the school.
• Create a positive and professional first impression.

4. Lead Conversion

• Develop strategies to convert enquiries into applications and admissions.
• Follow up systematically through calls, WhatsApp, email and personal meetings.
• Identify reasons for hesitation or drop-off and address them appropriately.
• Maintain a database of hot, warm and cold leads.
• Track every lead until the final admission decision.

5. Admission Process Management

• Explain the complete admission procedure to parents.
• Coordinate application forms, entrance tests, interviews and assessments.
• Verify submitted documents and ensure completeness.
• Coordinate with academic teams, principals and other departments.
