Position: Admission Counsellor
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Location: EuroSchool Chimney Hills, Chikkabanavara
Employment Type: Full-time | On-roll

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle admission enquiries and counsel prospective parents.
• Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, programs and admission process.
• Conduct campus visits and provide an engaging experience to prospective parents.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate admission records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with academic and school teams for a smooth admission process.
• Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.

Candidate Profile:
• 2 -4 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, convincing and follow-up skills.
• Good command of English.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Experience in the school/education sector will be an added advantage.
