Role Overview

We are seeking goal-driven Counsellors to guide prospective students through our Online Post Graduate Programs. The role involves addressing student queries, delivering detailed program insights, managing leads, and driving successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and counsel prospective students regarding suitable online postgraduate courses
• Follow up promptly on assigned leads, resolve queries, and convert prospects into admissions
• Achieve and exceed designated monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
• Support marketing outreach initiatives, webinars, and promotional drives
• Maintain systematic records of student interactions, lead pipeline stages, and follow-ups in the CRM

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2+ years of core sales experience (Education/EdTech sector mandatory)
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and convincing skills
• Proven track record in consultative selling and target achievement
• Proficiency in handling CRM tools, MS Office suite, and virtual meeting platforms

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 in-hand per month (commensurate with experience)
